Sustainability

At AEPL, we understand that our long-term success and growth are tied to the sustainability of our business. That’s why we have been continuously focused on making sustainability an essential element of our corporate strategy.

We aim to be responsible corporate citizens, committed to the care and safety of our employees, the environment in which we operate, and the communities we interact with.

Employee Safety and Commitment:

Our employees help us drive our business, and their safety is our top priority. holding ourselves accountable to the international principles and safety standards, we take appropriate actions to eliminate all workplace injuries. We received ISO 45001 Registration in 2019 which demonstrates our commitment towards providing our employees a safe work environment.

Through openness, trust, and teamwork, we also empower every employee to speak up whenever safety is a concern.

Environmental Commitment:

From sourcing the raw materials for manufacturing to transporting the finished products to our customers, every stage of our supply chain directly impacts the environment.

And therefore, we are committed to continually improve our environmental management system and reduce the impact of our activities on the environment. We have received ISO 14001 certification, certifying that our environmental management system meets international industry-specific environmental standards.

We also undertake activities that promote environmental protection and conserve energy and resources. To reduce our carbon footprint, we have adopted renewable energy practices that save 11,460 trees and approximately 230 tons of carbon dioxide emissions annually. We have also harnessed solar energy, the cornerstone of sustainability, and installed 230 KW capacity solar rooftop panels and an uninterrupted power source of 500 KVA as a backup.
